GREEN CARE PROJECT initiative application

A Participant is an individual age 18 - 28 in transition, who are seeking an opportunity for a fresh start. Individuals who feel compelled to make change and want to connect with nature. Each participant receives an initial orientation, 6 weeks of coaching and training before being paired with a mentor and a PATCH. All training's are supported by our organization to improve the participants confidence and hopefulness and gear them toward successful outcomes. This program is a minimum 6 week commitment. If you can not commit to six weeks but still want to help please register as a volunteer on our home page.
